Training
I have more than 20 years experience providing formal training in vacuum technology to a wide range of disciplines; chemists, biologists, physicists, engineers and technicians.
Courses can be tailored to the interests of the group and to suit the number of attendees. I can provide training in a classroom, or practical tips in the workshop, whatever is required.
I also have a series of 1 to 2 hour seminars provided via Teams in safety, system design, maintenance and practical application of vacuum technology.
On Site Surgeries
Ideal for University departments, R&D sites, etc. where many individual users can benefit from a group session.
Sessions are tailored to the end users needs but will always include informal tutoring in how to get the best from existing equipment, keep it in shape and deliver consistent results where it counts, in the science.
Online Seminars
A highly efficient way to teach the basics of vacuum technology and pump maintenance, online seminars offer the opportunity for larger groups to participate. The seminar lasts around 2 hours and can be tailored to suit the audience. Topics include safety, basic system design, routine maintenance and Q&A. They can cover different types of vacuum pump to match the products being used in your environment.
