All our invoices contain a 'Pay Online' button which takes you to a secure site for credit card payments.
Carriage
Our standard courier rate for a single pack/carton up to 20Kg is £18.00
Return packing and shipping for serviced pumps up to 30Kg will be charged at £80. Shipping the pump to us remains the responsibility of the customer, at their own cost, and is not included in the charge applied.

Returns and Refunds
You have 14 days to return any unwanted items, which must be complete, unused and in the condition they were delivered. Upon receipt we will contact you with a full refund of the original charges for goods, services and shiping, but will not undertake payment for return shipping or any damages.
